Help Please!!!!

Alright. i currently have a mytouch running cyanogen 4.1.11.1 , old i know . So i went to install the latest rom and it will not load after the green mytouch screen.........someone help me fix this
p.s i also tried updating from the cyanogen update app and same thing happens

read this wiki.cyanogenmod.com you need more than the latest cm to update from 4.1.11.1. you need the other download first.

you need the htc image to upgrade.
