Well lately past 3 days ive been having shortness of breaths and pain in chest all day long.. Doctor gave me Avair and ive took it 3 times and feel no effect. Please what should i do?

Advair is a daily asthma med, not a rescue inhaler, It should not be taken for an attack but rather daily to prevent an attack. Do you not have a rescue inhaler (albuterol, for example)? That's what you should be using for an attack.

Oh forgot to mention in post that doctor did xray on lungs said they were ok.
And im having problems breathing all day long... Should i take this Albulterol?

Am still a little confused. So have you been using the Advair DAILY? Or are you using to stop an attack? If you have been on the Advair as a daily preventer for only 3 days, that is not long enough to show improvement. It can take 2 -3 weeks.
If they also gave you albuterol (you did not mention it), that is for asthma attacks. So if you are having an attack (that is, wheezing spells, difficulty "catching your breath", etc) then, yes, that's what it is for. Try one puff and see if that helps (will take a few minutes). If one doesn't do it, then try another but no more after that for at least 2 hours.

Well i have trouble breathing the whole day, Shortness of breaths and really bad at night and good full feeling breaths very rarely. Ive been taking Advair two times a day and i have gotten no albuterol

Call your doctor. You need a rescue inhaler to have on hand. You may even need to use a nebulizer for a while until the Advair gets your asthma under control.
Also ask your doctor (or all yourself) if your local health dept. offers classes for new asthma patients. These classes are invaluable for teaching you how to live with asthma. Many asthmatics find peak flow meters helpful.
