quick question - EVERY SINGLE TIME that a customer ports in, recv smsand mms quits working except from cricket and verizon customers. There's gotta be something to do right on the spot besides your basics... feature reset, add phone, manual reprogram, remove and add feature manually, add TXT feature code for non-mms cap phones, blah blah. It always enRAB up with an otto ticket. It's all good cuz they always fix the problem BUT being a launch market hundreRAB of people are porting in and the backlog is getting crazy w/ these tickets and its taking 7-10 days for the intial response. When the tck gets closed its always a routing issue that tierII fixes, but is there a way or something that I can do to fix the problem right on the spot.
