E Elly New member Dec 2, 2009 #1 He has a bulging belly and his scales are sticking out, also he has bulging eyes :s looked up different diseases and they say it could be popeye and dropsy and it doesn't look good for him . would really appreciate some help before its to late. thanx Elly
