Help picking a good image for a girl tatty?

I want to get a tattoo of my friend Callista. I was thinking of getting a pin-up girl but those are so overdone.

Here's a little bit about her so maybe someone can halp me come up with something:

She used to be a dancer (ballet, jazz, tap, etc.), hockey player (I definitely want a hockey stick in there somewhere), used to have insanely long blonde hair, pretty green eyes, she's very comical and doesn't really care what people think of her.

I'm not really sure where to put her, either. I was thinking maybe on the side of my calf or on my side (although that would hurt like a mofo). I already have one on my lower back, left shoulder blade and left forearm..
 
get a skull wearing a hockey helmet with hockey sticks behind it and with the words GIVE BLOOD above it and the words PLAY HOCKEY under it. to see a pic type hockey stick tattoos it to google images. it's in the middle.
 
tell your artist about her. tell them stories about you guys things she loves the way she looks then have your artist create a picture and get started from there. tell them what you like and dislike about the picture and change it from there
