I have had my palm pixi for about three months and absolutely love it! However, I just recently started having some really annoying problems. The phone has a feature where you can instantly turn the phone on vibrate. It is a little switch on the side. When not activated (not on vibrate) my phone sometimes thinks that it is. You can slightly touch the phone and it will freak out going back and forth to being on vibrate and not. It is frustrating when it is in my purse and I want to be able to hear my phone but I can't be sure if it will ring or not.
Also, it is starting to just randomly turn off. While this is more of an annoyance, the palms take so long to turn back on.
Help? Anyone else have this problem? I need to just get into the store but I wanted to make sure it was something that they could fix or something I (haha) am doing wrong.
*I have never dropped it. It hasn't gotten wet.
