HELP! Opening files on Docs to Go crashing my T3

Please help! My T3 keeps on crashing whenever I open any files on my Docs to Go. I already performed soft reset on my unit and even re-installed/ repair the software on my PC several times but failed to resolve the issue.

I desperately need an advise. Thanks!

Sorry for the late reply. I was out of the office for quite sometime and was not able to check in the forum right away when I came back. Well, anyway thanks for your replies. Dwinget's advise was okay but since D2G Premium 7 is just a trial (and I have no plans for upgrading just yet) I took Jim's advise instead :-)

Bottomline, my D2G were okay now after updating and few resettings.
