help once more for my sons economics?

The driver leaves the office at the same time, gets to the directors house at the same time, picks him up takes him to the office. One morning the director decides to leave one hour earlier and he starts walking to the office along his usual routine. When he sees the car he gets in and continues his trip. He reaches the office 20 minutes earlier than usual. How long was he walking for?
