Okay, so I've downloaded RealPlayer to get videos to my Windows Media Player and I've also downloaded AVS4YOU Software so I could transfer the files from .flv to .wmv for my philips gogear mp3 player. But each time I go to sync it to my mp3, it says
"Your device requires that this file be converted in order to play on the device. However, the device either does not support playing video, or Windows Media Player cannot convert the file to a video format that is supported by the device."
It can play videos, but I don't know what I did wrong.
