I have the upgraded level 3 axe, but it is still not chopping stumps. I was able to charge it up for a while to chop them, but all of a sudden it doesn't work anymore. Can anyone help with this as it keeps me from getting enough wood for the house upgrade. I am in Toros cave and there are tons of stumps.
