Help on Pocket Bike's and Other's?

It's a Pocket Bike so there is no way to 'fix it up' without wasting ridiculous amounts of money, effort and time with really no return on investment. You are much better off buying something you can actually use since the pocket bikes are not street legal in very many places, and dangerous as he!! in the places they are legal due to the smaller size.

I need help on finding a printable booklet/manual, on how to fix up a 49CC 2 Cycle Pocket Bike.
Give me a link to any website where I am able to print it out and use it to read on everything about it.
