Help On Missing Files

One thing that still confuses me about newsgroups, say i'm looking to download something and when i click on it's information in newzbin it says it's missing some files.... is it still possible to download this and make it work?
can someone explain how this is done or how to get the files?

On a typical Nzb indexing site it will say what is included within the nzb, ie. nfo, par2's, and amount of rar's. If there are pars available then it 'could' be possible to make it work, but this would depend on your retention/completion of the service you use.
