well im tryina learn how to make webpages....rite now i already got HTML down im still practicing it....but i try using css and i dont get how to use it do i just plug it in the html code? or do i have to make another notepad (yea im using notepad 2) and put the code in then link it threw the html?? if someone could give me some tips on the basics of using CSS i'd really appreciate it...Thanx!
