help on electronics!!! PLEASE READ!?

I have basically $200 ($190) and I want to buy some sort of electronic that takes photos. A digital camera, of course and the one I want is about $100. Are there any other electronics that take photos besides a camera, that would also include music or anything like that? I already have an mp3, so that's good for music, but I want something that inclucles LOTS of stuff, and it can't be a cellephone, and it has to be under $190.
PLEASE HELP!
