Help on downloading Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended trial?

Every time I download the trial and try to open a new picture, it says something like "C:/Program Files/Common Files/Adobe/Adobe Version Cue CS4/Client/4.0.0/Version cue.dll was not found" and then it just closes on me. Anyone have any tips or options that will cure this problem?
 
I would redownload the software that should fix it if not then you could email the sales team and they should be able to find out your problem or direct you to the right person to get this fixed.
