Help on complaining to First Choice & Olympic?

Does anybody know how I can find out the names and contact details of some rather high up employees of First Choice and Olympic?
After a terrible holiday I have just returned from, myself and the people I went away with are determined to get some sort of compensation and feel that this matter is much more important than just the customer services address.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

First of all you don't say what the problem was. It may very well come within the terms and conditions of the booking. There is a procedure to go through when making a complaint. All firms have a customer complaints office. Senior managers do NOT get involved in complaints. If something is very serious like a cruise being cancelled or ship breaking down at sea, then a senior manager will take charge.
Your booking form will provide you with the contact details of the people to complain to.
 
you should have the relevant details on your booking form when the holiday was organised - they usually have a procedure for complaints, etc. Good luck hope you get what you want...it will take a lonnnnnng old slog to get anything out of them!
