Personally, I love Jane Austen's Sense and Sensibility, but if you don't like classics I'd say Jinx by Meg Cabot. It's really good. Oh and The Divine Comedy by Dante Aligheri. The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks. Blood and Chocolate by Annette Curtis Klause.
