HELP! Ok, Vista Defender Pro wants me to download it and it keeps popping up warnings...

...I use AVG Anti Virus..? Vista Defender Pro wants me to download it. I know its a total sham, because I ran AVG Anti Virus scan over the entire computer (i use AVG cuz its awesome) it says no threats are detected. And I believe it, but this Vista Defender thing keeps popping up fake warnings and junk. how do i get rid of it??????? the vista thing WONT GO AWAY! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
