HELP.. no sound on Palm pixi?

Help!! on my palm pixi I like to listen to Pandora Radio an with no problem I can hear it through the phones' built in speakers. I then decided one time to use head phones. It was until later (couple days) the built in speakers were not displaying any sound. The sound is turned up all the way, sound system turned on, and nothing works. I can only here the ringtone when someone is calling me, speaker phone mode (when making a call), and through head phones. An no its not on vibrate. I know this is a common problem, but I don't know what exactly to do. PLEASE HELP. Thanks inadvance
