HELP! No Incomming Text Messages or Voicemail Indicators!

Does anyone have any ideas? I have a verizon Motorola Razor V3m that I just flashed with a monster pack to the Cricket network. I can send messages I cannot receive them. I can call voice mail by calling the programmed voice mail but my phone will always says "0" voicemail even when I have a voicemail. I have also tried the Alltell monster pack with modified files as described in another thread. Both have the same results. Cricket refuses to help me because I stupidly told them this was an ex-verizon phone. I wish I knew which files or settings have relation to this. Cricket has "refreshed my account" and checked to make sure I have the correct services, beyond this they won't help me. Any ideas? Please help! :buddies:
 
If you can't receive messages it usually a case of crickets end, try refreshing you're account again. If this doesn't work try flashing it with the V3c full flash and report then.
 
my understanding of a monster pack is that it contains a full flash and flex is this not true? I used the monster pack called "CKT_V3c_09.02.00R_PRIii57147_MONSTER_01.zip Cricket" on http://www.humpa.com/vzw/. Is that a full flash? Thanks for responding so fast btw. :clapping:
 
Alright, I just got off the phone with them. They have once again refreshed my account. The guy said that his computer said "provision ok" and said if anything was wrong on their end it would have said otherwise. He reverified that the text messaging feature and voicemail is properly set up. I still have no indication of that unheard voicemail and he tried to send me a text message but I have not received it. I'm so confident it is them but I don't know how to make them dance. I should also mention prior to this phone I had my V265 on this account and had the same issue. I've never flashed that phone but I may have played around with some seems, it was too long ago to recall. I know I messed around with a lot of seems on the verizon phone in the past but as I understand it that should be wiped out with the monster pack I flashed to it. Any other Ideas?
 
Status Update:

So the strangest thing happened last night. Since having Cricket refresh my account yesterday I did cycle the phone to no success. But I had my phone off for a while and at 12:24am I turned the phone back on and got borabarded with text messages all comming in at once and voicemail notifications. At this point I now recieve voicemail indicators but no text messages. Around the 12:24 phenominom I did recieve delayed text messages (about 8 min wait time) but at this point I am only recieving voicemail notifications, no texts. If I was to think 4 myself I would agree with the others and say this is server related but let me know if anyone thinks otherwise. Also, If anyone has any ideas on how to get Cricket to admit to this annoyance I'd appreciate it as well because as they flat out refuse to help me saying there server is just fine. (and I could be paying a whole lot less for no text messages) :doh:
 
Well, thanks 2 anyone that wasted their time reading this post, the issue seems to have resolved itself. I am now receiving everything which makes it obvious this was a server issue. Thanks 4 everyones reccomendations!
