HELP new 6700 and I am having some issues!

I just bought the PPC 6700 and has a few issues. First, I cant turn the phone off. In order to reset we have to take the battery out. Also, after closing IE I can't reconnect to the web without restarting the phone. Also, we cant send or receive picture or mms messages. Can you please give us a way around these hick-ups?? The cricket reps aren't too knowledgeable...

If I were you, I'd start over at XDA-Developers Apache Wiki, then come back here. This is the best advice for you, trust me.
