help needed in physics asap......?

Please help me with the following qus with as much detail as possible please....
1. 2 particles of masses 100g and 300g at a given time have positions (2i+5j+3k) and (-6i+4j-2k) respectively. And velocities (10i-7j-3k) and (7i-9j+6k) resp. find the instantan position and velocity of centre of mass if the position vectors are in m and velocity are in m/s.

2.The centre of mass of three partices of masses 1kg,2kg and 3kg lies at a point 3m,3m,3m. Where should a 4th particle of mass 4kg be positioned os that the centre of mass of 4 particle system lies at a point 1m,1m,1m
