Help needed in deciding on the games I should buy for my gaming lounge?

Hello ppl. I intend to start a gaming lounge in Chennai(Mylapore) with PC and Console gaming. Since I am not a pro gamer myself I dont have an exact idea of the games I need. I want to come up a list of MUST HAVE games for my game center . After some research I have come up with basic list.
Pls go thru the list and suggest any changes or recommendation.

PC Games:

Counter strike- Source, Condition Zero and v1.6
Half life-2
Fifa -09
Cricket
World of Warcraft
Prince of Persia
Call of Duty-modren warfare , world at war
x-men wolverine
age of empire-II,III,mythology
assassins creed
Need for speed -most wanted
Command and conquer- red alert,Tiberium wars


Console games:

X-Box:(multiplayer offline only)
WWE: Smackdown vs. RAW 2010
Ashes Cricket 2009
FIFA Soccer 10
Virtua Tennis 3 or 2009
Army of Two
Gears of War 1 or 2
Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe
Halo 3
Street Fighter IV or Tekken 6
Burnout Revenge or GRID or Need for Speed: Swift or Colin McRae: DiRT 2



PS3:(Multiplayer Offline only)
Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe
WWE: Smackdown vs. RAW 2010
Metal gear solid 4
Uncharted:drakes fortune or Uncharted 2:Among thieves
Call of Duty -modern warfare 2
Grand Theft Auto IV
Resistance 2
Street fighter 4
God of War3
Final Fantacy Versus XIII
Need for Speed Shift
FIFA Soccer 10

Any suggestion to remove unwanted or add game are WELCOME
 
for pc I would get cs:s, battle field 2, battle field bad company 2, and team fortress 2.
xbox i would get mw2 and Assassins Creed 2, Bioshock 1/2 and Mass Effect 2.
I would go for fifa 10 games not 9.
PS3 get God Of War 3, final fantasy takes 20 hours just to finish the training, I dont know if you want to commit that much.
Fallout 3 for any console would be good and I would get the Pc Bioshock1 and Oblivion bundle.
For race car games, get Forza 3 on the xbox, or maybe need for speed shift. For the ps3 i'd wait for GT5.
I wouldn't get the Army of two games.
Get Gears 1 and 2 =P.
The UFC undisputed games are very good fighting games.

I play a lot of PC games and own an xbox, I mostly play BFBC2, CS:S MW2 and Heroes Of Newearth, on the pc. I don't play much xbox any-more but I really enjoyed COD4 and Assassins Creed
