Help! My tv is broken!?

My tv fell off of my bed, which is about 3-4 feet high, it cracked the outside case and won't turn on. I can hear the whine and "snow" crackling sound very faintly for a few seconds then it just stops. It's a small magnavox crt television, and I need to know if it's fixable
 
If it's a CRT, the only thing I can say for sure that it will be cheaper to buy a new one on Craigslist than to try and fix it. A mere 2 hours of labor at a repair shop will be more than the cost of a used CRT TV. Perhaps this is a good excuse for you to upgrade.
