*HELP* My STEP-FATHER took my CAR?

So, my mom recently got remarried and I have a new step father and step-sis. They are very wealthy and live a luxurious lifestyle that I'm not use to. My mom and I struggled to make ends before she got remarried and I had to work 30 hours a week to help her out. My new step-father wants to buy me a nicer car cause he thinks mine is too "cheap" and it makes him "look bad" in front of his business partners, friends, family and stuff. I love my car (1994 Honda Civic Hatchback), I bought it with my own money, payed for insurance myself, and have spent countless hours working on it (I'm a gear head). So this morning he had my car towed (without me knowing) and during breakfast he gave me the key to a 2006 BMW M3. Don't get me wrong its a nice car and I appreciate it (a lot) but I'm really pissed that got rid my car without asking me. I put a lot of blood, sweat, and tears into that car and (its not much but) its my baby. How do I get him to give me my car back, he won't listen to me I've asked him many times?

BTW
1) I'm 16 y/o (if it matters)
2) I would gladly trade the BMW for my car back (it has a lot of SENTIMENTAL value to me).
3) He seems like a good guy but image and his reputation seems to be very important to him.

HELP PLEASE?
 
tell him that if u dont get ur car back ur going to sell the BMW and use the money to get ur car, tell him that it means a lot to u,

i'm sorry but its gone.. you should be happy with what you have now. he was probably trying to do something nice for you. just accept it and don't cause any problems... whats the big deal.. girls will like this one more anywase;)
 
Since you are 16 you did not legally own your car. It was probably in your mom's name. So talk to her about getting your car back.
 
Uhm.. Your step father worrys too much about how he looks and his Image. If he really cared for you, then he wouldn't worry about the car your driving and he definitely wouldn't worry about what his business partners, friends, etc.
