...it out method? We hold him most of the day, sometimes we can put him down for short periods of time without him crying (15-20 minutes). IS THIS NORMAL? IS HE SPOILED?
Ever since about 2 weeks old, he has slept in his swing (naps & at night) because this helped soothe him because of his colic. But now he is having problems with this neck, it always wants to turn one way & his face looks like it is growing crooked (this is a condition called torticollis). So I have decided to break him of the swing habit now that his colic is pretty much over with. The only problem is that he really does not like to sleep lying down! I used the cry it out method with my daughter at about 9 months old & now at 17 months she is an amazing sleeper... 12 hours a night! And a very happy child. IS IT OK TO START THE CRY IT OUT METHOD WITH MY SON OR IS HE TOO YOUNG?
