wat i wud do is confine your sleeping to night time, so get into bed at, like 10 or 11pm, and even if you are wide awake, stay there, and dont get out of bed until the earliest of 6 in the morning, and if you are tired and want to sleep during the day, tough luck, your body had all night to do that!
keep doing this and you will find that your body will slwoly start to get back into the rhythm of sleeping at night and being awake during the day.
another tip, once the above mentioned has been achieved only go to bed at night when you feel tired, and get up and stay up when you wake up, instead of trying to go back to sleep, it will only make you feel tired during the day.

I can't seem to get up at a sensible time anymore- I have severe trouble getting to sleep at night without the aid of sleeping pills, and in the morning (afternoon!) I can't seem to get out of bed before 12pm!

What's the best course of action to take??
