type *#06#, you will see the IMEI of your cell phone. while viewing IMEI press left soft button, you will see the version of the full flash of your cell phone. If it is not version 56, you should upgrade it to version 56.

V23 only can recognise 32MB MMC, if your MMC is larger (64/128), please upgrade firmware to V52/54/56 first.
