Help! My nokia 6280 doesn't grant mobile applications access to my files.?

I have a nokia 6280 registered to 3 network.the problem is that whenever i try to access my files with mobile applications like operamini a "access denied" message turns up i have tried going to the application access settings but the problem still lingers.pls how to i stop this problem
