So my mothers has a 1997 Toyota Camry 4 cylinder and the automatic transmission in it keeps breaking she has had it replaced three time at two different places and it just keeps breaking i was with her one of those time the heat was on full blast mind you it always breaks when ac or heat is on never when not on so that's one point so when she was driving we felt like a sudden jerking motion and heard the engine rev down but she didnt hit the brakes the speed didnt change and it went on normally 2 miles later it jerked until it popped then all we heard was grinding gears as we stopped off to the side of the road this has happened 4 times now what should i do before i go to fix it again.
