hold the off button and the circle button until the iphone switches off and carry on holding it until the apple sign comes up, if it doesn't come up and the white lines persist plug the iPhone into your comp and hold the middle button and the off button or press the refresh iphone button it should at least return it to it's natural settings but it will get rid of all your music and apps
