Help, My Images aren't showing up on my website - using dreamweaver cs4!!!!?

I am in the process of creating a web site, and i've inserted and image onto my home page. It shows up in dreamweaver but when i preview in a browser of live view my image is no where to be found. Why??? I have my site set up right, with my images folder and everything. I dont know why it's doing this? Help ASAP
