help my fish is pregnant?

ok i just looked in my tank and i saw one of my mollies is pregnant or really fat but on the off chance she is pregnant how should i prepare do i need to add stress coat? i am scared cus i hear how if not properly cared for the mommy fish she could die after before or during birth hellpp!!!!!!

ps if it is necicary for isolaion i have a 3 gallon and a 1 galon also

You need to separate her. Her and other fish will eat the fry. It's pretty common for them to die while or after birthing, but it doesn't happen all the time.
