My guppy that i've had for a couple of weeks is laying on its side at the bottom of the tank. it just kind of plummeted down after hovering by the water pump. then it tried to get back up but it looked like it had no energy. my other gupppies are alive and swimming. it's just this one that is having trouble. i just did a water change yesterday so i don't think it's the water quality.

what can i do? please help me!
No, I just have guppies in there + one mystery snail.

Well it was a solitary guppy, strangely. It has been hanging out by the filter ever since I got it. At first, I thought it was only cause it was pregnant, but it continued to do that even after it gave birth. I only found 2 fry though. The rest may have gotten eaten, but the strange thing is that there's still a gravid spot on her even after she gave birth. Anyways, I've noticed that she liked to hover on the bottom of the tank the past couple of days. I thought nothing of it cause she was a peculiar one. But I just happened to look over and saw her take a nose-dive down. I thought she was dead already, but then noticed that she tried to swim back up. It seemed that she had no energy cause she fell back down both tries. Now she's just been laying there for a while... I think she's dead :(
I currently have 2 females and 1 other male in the same tank. 2 weeks earlier, one of my males died from the bullying (I speculate it's from the other male, even possibly a very aggressive female). I only witnessed the female bullying the male; I've never witnessed the male to male bullying. Parts of his tail was missing, and he died shortly afterward. This female, however, does not have any signs of nipping or injury.

Well, nothing you can do for the one. You can test your water for high nitrates and ammonia. Some times you can do all of the right things and still lose some. Guppies and Mollies are famous for this. Also, make sure no one is bullying in the tank. Stress will kill a fish fast.

My fish just died and when he was about to die he was in the condition your guppy is in. Im really sorry but, you just have to deal with it unfortunately. im trying really hard to get over my most loved fish that died yesterday.

Good luck with your guppy, hope it lives.

it could just be that guppy, it could have just been the weak one out of the buch. This happens. Or even the others could have picked on it. Do you have any other fish in the tank other thatn guppys?
*EDIT*
maybe there was somthing wrong with her from the start. i'm afraid there is nothing you can do for her. Test you water, feed them once a day and continue doing what your doing. males can be agressive and females also when they are pregnant or about to give birth. The gravid spot will be there for 2 reasons, she hasnt given birth to all of them ( in this case she could just be eggs, this is called Egg Bound). Egg Bound has eggs that havent fully developed and are stuck inside her and wont come out. Mine died from this, theres nothing that can be done.
Make sure you have equal males with females ( example: 2 Males and 2 females)

Good Luck and i hope the rest of your guppies are fine.

put it to sleep, take it to the pet store they will do it for you, its the only thing to do, please do not flush fish it just makes their lives worse.
