Help! My fish are lying on the bottom of the tank!?

I have blood parrot cichlids and I'm sort of freaking out right now. I have a huge rock in the middle of the tank and they all seem to be cramming behind it. All of them are just resting there and aren't moving.
Normally, when I close the lights and walk away, they would all scatter around the tank. And when I would open the lights, they would go back behind the rock. Now today, despite having the lights closed for 30 minutes, they are still all in the corner.

Some of them have tiny symptoms of Fin Rot, which I have been treated with Melafix for four days now. One of them has black patches all over it's body, and two others have only one or two black patches. Even the brightest colored and healthy looking ones are rarely swimming and are hiding behind the rock. It looks like they're on top of each other! Only occasionally would they swim around, but then settle back down behind the rock.

I tested for ammonia this morning and afternoon, both readings were at 0 ppm. I do not have a nitrite/nitrate/pH test, but I will be getting one tomorrow (I hope that's not too late for my fish).
The temperature is at 84 degrees Fahrenheit. I have had the fish for a little less than one week. I have a long airstone (12 inches) on the back of the aquarium. The only substrate I have right now is about 3 dozen rocks (excluding the large rock) because I am in the process of cleaning the colored gravel.
I don't have any large plants or decorations yet, but I will add them once I get the gravel in the tank.

I added Stress Coat+ and Aquarium Salt five minutes ago, though they seem to have no effect on the fish, besides the fact that one of them swam up to the other side of the tank and rested on that side.

What do I do?
