i found the new guppy dead on friday morning n then my lil deformed golden bard last night n then i found my lil minnow this morning but all ov my other fish keep staying at the surface

FIRST check is the tank at the right temp and has it got no ammonia or any other illness then have you got angelfish in your tank because they will eat your small fish after that what size of tank is it and is there to many fish in it

hope that

if the fish are staying at the surface it's due to poor water quality. There is probably high levels of ammonia present. Oxygen is more plentiful near the surface. The high ammonia levels would also explain your fish deaths as it is lethal. How long have you had the tank? Sounds like it's either cycling for the first time, going through a mini cycle, or you are overstocked with fish depending on tank size.

I would advise going to your local aquarium and getting some water testing equipment to tell you if the balance of the water is right. Also you have to leave the water for a bit before putting in any fish so have you done that? Also you do need some equipment to change out the water every month or so. Hope this helps. :D
