Help my dog has a weird red spot on her leg...?

my doggie has a weird spot on her leg it was small when she first got it but it has grown quite large like the size of a dime to a button...i am not sure what it is help...and our family doesn't have the money to take her to the vet...HELP
i forgot to say that it is flat...no lump at all
 
It sounds like ringworm. You can dab rubbing alcohol on it several times a day to see if it gets lighter pink then finally disappears. Any fungicide will kill ringworm, but rubbing alcohol is the cheapest and most people have it in their homes already.
 
Hello i would have orgionally said the vet as it may be a canserous spot but as you can't afford it (which alot of people cant)
Im not sure what you should do try going to your pet center for advise
