Ive been putting neosporin on his foot to prevent infection for the past 3 days. I think he's had it for about 4 days. What do I do to stop the green pus?!

Well depending on how much puss there is. If there's a lot, you wanna get him/her to a vet. You dont want that getting infected and causing more problems. If there's not much, you just wanna clean it up as best as you can, and apply antibiotic cream to it & keep doing this until the wound heals.

This is a puncture so it has abscessed at the bottom of the wound. You may need to take it to the vet to have it properly cleaned and drained, It is a nasty painful process but your cat could die of the infection if you don't do it. At the very least soak the foot in warm water and soften and remove any scabbing so it can drain, press gently to express the puss and clean it well. If you have an old syringe try to force clean water or peroxide into the wound to flush it out. Luck!
