Help! My brand new Playstation 3 is not reading and loading any game i put into

the system!? I have played one game so far for just under 2 hours, then each time i have turned the sytem on and entered the disc, the computer doesn't read it...not even an icon appears saying the game is in. All this happened after the game i was playing froze. Any help would be great as i'm fretting its broke already!?
