HELP! my audio on my Vista, Packard Bell doesn't work, it quotes 'no audio...

...devices installed'? I've tried device manager looking for "SOUND,VIDEO AND GAME CONTROLLER'' but it isn't there. I've tried BIOS, setting back to default, save and existing but has now ceased to work! The little red cross is still on the audio icon, if i hover over it a box pops up, above the icon saying 'no audio devices installed' That i clearly have or it wouldn't have worked before using BIOS. ive tried BIOS now MANY times it defiantly isn't working. I can find no solutions online PLEASE HELP ME!

You may need to reinstall the drivers. Sometimes drivers can get corrupted. Check the manufacturer's website for any updated drivers and install them.
