HELP! >< Missed Period but Negative Pregnancy Test!?

Hi guys >< Just need a little help here ^^

My period has been delayed for about a week now. I use quite a sensitive pregnancy test - but the result turned to be negative. What should i do next? should i go to see a doctor to get a blood test to confirm ?? ><

I always have protected sex (condoms) - what are the chances of me getting pregnant ??? >< With my current genetics problems, the doctor had advised me not to conceived at all... so this is quite a big deal for me!! PLEASE HELP!!

Go to you doctor immediately. If you are not suppose to conceive go ahead and have a tubal ligation or other permanent fix.
