hi i am new to this i neeRAB help to understand my mri scan and want to know why i always feel chronic fatigue,continue pain & burning & swelling in my lower spine and also in my legs and feet after i had cortisone injection in my back i have been to my dr and he has no answer for me pls help my mri scan report says hyperlordosis is seen a haemangioma is noted in the vertebral body t10 2.5cm in size there is early anterior spondylotic lipping at l1/2 andl2/3 associated with anterior disc bulging at l2/3 hypertrophy of the bilateral facet joints annular tear, ferguson angle,impingement of the exiting l5 nerve roots,tarlov cysts are seen at s1/2 3.6 cm, bilateral pars defects l5 are seen ,chondrosis, early facet joints degeneration, moderate encroachment of the bilateral exit foramina and possible impingement of the exiting l5 nerve roots at this level PLS HELP ME:confused:
 
Hi, Have you been seen by anyone other than you primary care physician? If he could not give me an answer I personally would find someone else who would listen to me. Do you think he would refer you to a neurologist or orthopedist? Do you have any type of pain management clinic where they treat the total patient instead of just trying to push you out of the door.

You need to be informed and I see that you have done some research yourself. Merck.com is a great place to find out medical information. I have used it myself and found out more from that site than about 20 different other sites.

I'm sorry you are having such a hard time. See if you can get a reference. Hopefully this will get you on your way to being if not pain free then at least tolerable. Hang in and keep in touch. Jane
