help me with my flash drives?

when i try to open my flash drives (let's say that may flash drive's letter is X) an error occurred! it's says "X\: is not accessible. Access denied"
please help
 
If this happens after a fresh reboot, check if you have administrative rights and check your flash drive in a different computer.
