help me with my bike?

i am building a bike out of spare parts but i have hit a stumbleing block i cant get the fork off my bike becase the hex/allen key on the handlebars wont move an inch any ideas??
this prob wont work but i only have gear oil would tht work?
 
Take the front wheel off, turn the bike upside down and drip some penetrating oil into the bottom of fork and let it soak for a day or two.
 
Turn the bike upside down and spray a soaking amount of rust penetrating oil into the fork and hope you get it on the threads of the bold that is frozen. Give it time to work -- an hour should be sufficient.
Also if you can borrow, rent, or buy a allen socket and breaker bar you will be able to apply more torque than with an allen key.
