Help me with a mission in GTA4 please

this game seems to be a joke as far as difficulty goes.
i've failed a few missions but that was just because of being stupid. im sure if i tried i could beat them all in the first go no problem.

Most of my mission deaths were because I got to aggressive with grenades, then whoops

the #1 reason i die on missions by far are grenades that i fuck up trying to trhow and drop and dont notice until boom.

the bank robbery was by far the sweetest mission yet but im only about 40 percent through. i couldnt beat snow storm forever but all you have to do is find a room in the hospital with one entrance, wait for all the cops to come in and kill them all, look on the radar and when there is nobody left, go take a car and drive away from the next batch of cops.

It took me 3 or 4 tries to get through it, but the way I finally beat it was to just shoot my way in, then as soon as I got the coke and could move again, right when it says "Swat is storming the building" or whatever, I ran to the doorway that lead into the main big open room, right before you got outside, then took cover and picked everyone off from there. Once they get inside the actual house they scatter, but cutting them off at that doorway just made 99% of them stand out in the open because there is a limited amount of cover.

By the time I beat them all, the truck wasnt there for some reason so I ran through the hole in the fence and stole a cop car that was in the parking lot to the left and then took off and lost my wanted level.
