Help me with a hard-to-push gas pedal!?

it might be the throttle body. there were a lot of problems with the throttle plate sticking in a lot of the trucks. if it is hard to press the pedal and eventually it snaps free when you are pushing it, then it has this problem. have the throttle body cleaned.
 
Just bought a '95 Chevy Silverado (shortbed/single cab) and I have to push REALLY hard on the gas pedal for it to go! I was told to adjust something on the throttle body to make it easier to gas it, but can't find anything on the internet to show me how.... can anyone help? Thanks!

u probably need to change the gas filter or u gonna have a O/D problem dnt work or the try to change the oil transmission.
