im a 19 year old male and only last 5 minutes during sex how can i last 30 minutes or more HELP
 
count yourself lucky, I've never had sex last less then hours and hours even once and trust me, by the time you hit the 3 hour mark it's boring as fuck it really is, she's happy screaming away sure but we only get one orgasm and it's hours away.
