I need help and would greatly appreciate any advice that can be given. I had a lap nissen done almost three years ago, because of sever reflux. But to make a long story short. The procedure was done improperly, which has lead to me still having the same symptoms and then some. Since I am in the military it is harder to get any concrete information, because it feels like the doctors are scared to admit that the doctor messed me up. I have gotten them to admit, as well as a civilian doctor that the procedure done was done incorrectly and the wrap was done to tight, but the only way to have that done is for them to actually open me up this time and undo the wrap and then do it again, but I am scared to do that, because is it really worth the risk. I was wondering if there was someone out there who actually had the revision and if they could offer any advice.

Also when they did the surgery apparently the doctor clipped the vein going connecting my spleen, which ended up basically killing half my spleen. At first doctors were telling me that looked like a mass on the tip of my pancreas, then after further testing it was determined it was my spleen. The first diagnosis I was given by the doctors was, they told me it was from me being hit my side, and I informed them I had never been hit in my side. But at any rate it was finally determined that it was caused by my surgery and also my gallbladder was removed. I am aware this procedure has been done in conjuction with the lap nissen, but this was never anotated in my surgical recorRAB, nor was a sample of it taken by the lab, so there is no way to determine if anything was wrong with it.

But now I get it pain in my left front side, that I can't explain, along with other symptoms I had that have gotten worse.
