Help me please! Photography Assignment!!?

I am taking a Grade 11 Beginner's photography course and I have a composition assignment where I need to find 15 pictures of 15 different effects. Then I have to explain to to achieve those effects, but the problem is I was never taught how to, I was just taught how to indentify them.

So I know this is alot to ask, but I would really appreciate if you could briefly explain how one would create these effects in a photo.
(e.g how you would set the camera, what kind of lighting would be required)

How would you create:
1. shallow depth of field
2. maximum depth of field
3. blurring action
4. freezing action
5. panning
6. the use of lines to : create depth
7. the use of lines to : lead the viewer's eye to the centre of interest
8. High Contrast
9. Low Contrast
10. Range of contrast
11. Silhouette
12. Simple background
13. rule of thirds
14. framing
15. breaking the rules

Even if you just answer a few of them, any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. Wide aperture (low f-stop)
2. Narrow aperture (high f-stop)
3. Slow shutter speed
4. Fast shutter speed
5. Kind of hard to summarize. Just Google it.
6. Again, Google it
7. This one is pretty self-explanatory...
8. Dramatic lighting with lots of shadows
9. Even, smooth lighting
10. Mix of #s 8 and 9
11. Have your subject in front of a bright light
12. This could mean a lot of things
13. A basic idea for photographic composition, meaning that the photo should be composed so that the subject is in one of the outer thirds of the frame
14. Could mean a variety of things - just thoughtful composition perhaps?
15. This could be as simple as placing the subject in the very center of the photo. Sometimes this can be very compelling
 
I don't really have a clue, but I'll take a guess. Panning is rotation/movement, blurring is zooming in/out of focus. I know contrast means the result of colour but yeah... hopefully this helped you.. lol
 
I think most of the question asked have been answered very well. Number 15 though is about the rules of composition- the rule of thirds is a big one. I think some of the rules are meant to be broken, but you have to understand them and know why doing something different will make the photo more interesting. Also rules like never breaking an horizon- of of the most lucrative stock photos have broken all the rules of composition. Learn and how to use them- and know when to step away and go outside the box.

#5 Panning is tracking a moving subject and taking the photo so the background is blurred and and the subj is in sharp focus. It takes a lot of practice to get it right.
 
1. Widest iris--- and longest lens --(zoom all the way in on your subject and then focus on it.. this will make everything in the backround blurry giving it shallow depth)
2. Small iris (ex. 11, 16)-- wide lens
3. slow shutter speed
4. fast shutter speed
5. moving the camera left or right as you shoot.. will make someone who is running in focus and the backround out of focus.
6. diagonal lines showing perspective
7. lines that point to what you want the viewer to see
8. this can be acheived numerous ways.. fast film speed, different colors, brighter foreground, developing the film longer (pushing)
9.also many ways, use alot of the same colors, developing the film shorter (pulling)
10. not so sure
11. the sun must be in the back of the subject
12. not too much going on in the back keeping eyes on subject
13. the frame is split into three.. usually meaning a photo is more interesting if it is not in the center of the frame
14. decided where to place your subject within a frame to make it most interesting
