to lose weight? i weigh 153 and i'm 5'4
i wanna lose 5-10 pounds (more around 10 pounds) by Christmas. I usually go to the gym like twice a week but this week i started going everyday. Which machines should i do at the gym?
how many calories should i eat daily and how many should burn off at the gym?
random question..my arms have a pretty nice shape and are firm everywhere except the wing area, just a little bit though, know any workouts to get rid of the wings?
